Autumn Restaurant Week: taste top Slovenian dishes

13 October 2023 marks the start of Autumn Restaurant Week, which this year is taking place under the motto More Taste for Less Leftovers. Slovenian restaurants and chefs will showcase their expertise in their restaurants over three courses.

More than 100 top Slovenian restaurants are inviting you to this year's Restaurant Week, which will take place from 13 to 22 October, with special tasting menus.

Many of the restaurants taking part in the campaign have been awarded Michelin stars or have been recommended by renowned international culinary associations and reviewers.

Participating restaurants will present their culinary stories with special menus priced at EUR 23. The menus are priced to please both regular guests, who are in this way rewarded for their loyalty, and new guests, who are given the opportunity to discover supreme cuisine.

Quality and creativity

During Restaurant Week, chefs are expected to be original, creative and unusual, and guests are expected to be curious, explorative and open-minded. The event is exclusive, with only those restaurants participating that have earned their place through their quality and only those guests who love to eat well in attendance. That's why chefs during Restaurant Week put in even more effort, and guests are even more critical, knowing that Restaurant Week is a hallmark of and testament to the quality of Slovenian culinary scene. If the guests are satisfied, they will come back even when the menu price is higher than EUR 23.
