In addition to Greek, Argentinian and other international food vendors making their first appearance, the Open Kitchen will also showcase an even greater selection of Slovenian specialities. The air will be filled with the irresistible aromas of Dolenjska dumplings, Prekmurje langoš (deep fried bread) and a variety of Slovenian wines - a real treat for wine lovers. Local favourites such as Kranjska klobasa (Carniolan sausage), potica (a sweet rolled pastry filled with walnuts), dumplings, žlikrofi (small potato-filled dumplings), and hearty stews and soups - these traditional Slovenian delicacies remain a hit with tourists and locals alike. The Open Kitchen is also proud to support the Prijazno življenje (Kind Life) project, which promotes charitable initiatives and provides assistance to those in need.
