The Dragotin Kette primary school in Novo mesto, which serves children with special needs, has created a digital learning trail.
Open to the citizens, tourists and other hikers, the eight-kilometre long Kette Learning Trail is adapted for people with special needs and encourages them to exercise and get to know Novo mesto's cultural and natural sights in a variety of ways.

Dragotin Kette
The Slovenian poet Dragotin Kette lived for a short time in Novo mesto, where he found inspiration for his poems. The residents of Novo mesto claimed him as their own poet and named an avenue after him.
