Its use will be voluntary for everyone in quarantine and those who test positive for the new coronavirus. The smartphone app will inform its users about exposure to infected people and those put under quarantine. The mobile app will also be of assistance to healthcare workers who currently spend a great deal of time identifying people who may have come into contact with an infected person. The app will be based on an open source solution and will be available to the public.
