This time the dish was made with the intention of using all the leftovers except the bone. However, with a little imagination and a few extra ingredients, the kids prepared an appetizer that all foodies would enjoy.
rabbit meat remains on the bones
1 parsley root
2 yellow carrots
1 garlic clove
50 g grounded walnuts
100 ml sweet cream
thyme, pepper, salt, nutmeg, parsley
Place the bones with meat on a baking pan and sprinkle with the spice mixture.
Add peeled, sliced vegetables and drizzle with lemon juice.
Stir. Add sliced lemon. Stir all together with your hands.
Bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes (depends on the amount of meat).
Remove meat from the bone. Remove the lemon.
Put meat and vegetables in a large bowl, add cream, walnuts and blend.
Serve with buckwheat bread.
